The Rtio Lubricant Workshop project consists of two main tasks: the memory optimisation of existing PLC code and the addition of functionality for six new hose reel racks into the PLC and HMIs. This work involved updating the existing PLC program to enable the correct distribution of fluids by incorporating the various sensors throughout the system.
