ACE has successfully completed the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for a 33kV Switchroom SCADA system, designed for integration with Solar Farm and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.

The FAT covered:

  • SCADA integration with protection relays, HVAC systems, and switchroom controls

  • Protection relay configurations for fault detection, event recording, and trip coordination

  • Communication testing between the protection relays, Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs), and the Substation SCADA

  • End-to-end validation of alarms, events, and operational setpoints

This work ensures the switchroom is fully configured, tested, and ready for seamless site commissioning, meeting the high reliability and compliance requirements for renewable energy integration.
