We were called to fix an urgent control system challenge for our client early this week. Our engineer attended the site, identified the root cause and solved the problem promptly. The plant was up and running again. The client’s operation manager was over the moon. Our engineers were happy to see the smiles as well, though you can’t see their faces exactly under the covers. 😷
